DOS program runs each time Windows starts due to abnormal termination.
Cause:
The MS-DOS-based application was terminated abnormally the last time it was run. For example, the computer was turned off while the program was still running.
Solution:
Exit the MS-DOS-based application properly. Windows will then start in a normal manner.
